You can return an item for any reason within
the first 10 days. We'll gladly exchange
it or give you a refund less a re-stocking
fee of the merchandise — whichever
you prefer.
(Customer is responsible for all
shipping charges).
Our 10-day Return Policy:
If you are
not satisfied with your order from
Tanner's, you may return it within 10 days
from the date of purchase. If you return a product past the 10 day period no credit or refund will be issued.
Returns must be in their original packaging,
accessories, manuals, etc., and show no
signs of abuse or damage, or the return will
be rejected.
Returns &
Exchange Polices:
All returns
must have an RMA number. All
authorized returns will be charged a 20%
restocking fee.
(The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges). Any refused
shipment will be charged a 20%
restocking fee as well. Returns and
exchanges must be in original packaging and
received in new and re-sale condition.
Return
Merchandise Procedure:
Call our
toll-free number at 1-866-670-2429 or
e-mail us at
cs@tannersewandvac.com for a Returned
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA
number). Write the number on the outside of
your return shipment and send package to
Tanner's Sewing and Vacuum Center, 6230 West 87th St. Westchester, Ca 90045. All shipping
expenses are paid by the customer. Items
must be returned within 10 days of receiving
RMA number.
Payments:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American
Express. There is no credit
card surcharge. We also accept Paypal.
Personal Checks are accepted but must
first clear the bank before any products
will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to
10 days).
Financing:
We offer In-Store Financing. 90Days same as cash. Please call for more information. 310-670-2429 or 866-670-2429.
Sales Tax:
All orders inside the state of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax. There will be no sales tax added to out of state orders.
Shipments:
All orders will be
shipped within one (1) working day after
receiving the order. In the event tannersewandvac.com
does not have the item in stock, we will
inform you of when the item will stock.
Our fill rate on orders shipping the next
day is 97%.
Freight Policy:
All orders of $125.00 dollars or greater will be shipped free of
charge to the purchaser, in the continental USA only. Orders under $125.00
dollars will be shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. We will ship the least expensive way to the purchaser. We will not ship regular mail but only Priority Mail. All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be notified by phone or e-mail about additional shipping cost. UPS and the U.S. Post office determine the cost of shipping, we do not pad shipping costs!
Handling Charge:
We DO NOT charge
any processing or handling fees.
Warranties:
All of our machines
carry the standard factory guarantees and
warranties. If you cannot find an
authorized dealer of that particular brand
to repair your machine that is under
warranty, you may send the product back to us.
We do not warranty user damage. The
freight back to tannersewandvac.com must be paid by
the purchaser.
